He turned up on time and was very polite and efficient. Even when he had to put up with my Cockatiel who took a liking to him and sat on his shoulder for most of his visit. I live in Sussex and my parents live in Dorset so I arranged everything by phone and email. Dave responded quickly to my enquiry and was flexible re my parents availability. On the day he was friendly, helpful and informative explaining everything clearly and simply. My parents are in their 90s so this was much appreciated.
